Products may be stored in different warehouses or shipped in multiple boxes. As a result, items and furniture components may arrive separately with different tracking numbers. Please review all shipping confirmation emails before reporting an incomplete delivery.

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Items should be unused, unassembled, uninstalled, and returned with their original packaging, hardware, manuals, and accessories. Contact us for authorization before sending a return.

Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery whenever reasonably possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and affected components. Please retain all packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
