About this item

  • NEVER CRACKS, CURLS, OR DISCOLORS- GUARANTEED: Unlike plastic or vinyl chair mats that warp, yellow, and fall apart within months, this ¼" thick tempered glass chair mat stays perfectly flat and crystal clear for life. Backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty - the last chair mat you'll ever buy.
  • PATENTED BEVELED EDGE FOR EFFORTLESS CHAIR MOVEMENT: Exclusive patented 1" beveled edges with rounded 3" radius corners let your chair glide on and off smoothly in every direction - no wheel catching, no cupping, no mat shifting. Protects your chair wheels while keeping the mat locked in place.
  • WORKS ON ALL CARPET TYPES & HARD FLOORS: Engineered for low, medium, and high-pile carpet as well as all hard surfaces - hardwood, tile, vinyl, and laminate flooring. No tabs needed on hard floors, tabbed lip grips carpet securely to prevent sliding.
  • HEAVY-DUTY 1,000 LB CAPACITY - BUILT FOR REAL OFFICES: ¼" premium tempered glass supports up to 1,000 pounds, making it ideal for executive chairs, drafting chairs, and high-traffic workspaces. Prevents dents, scratches, and floor damage that rolling office chairs cause daily.
  • ECO-FRIENDLY, NON-TOXIC & COMPLETELY ODORLESS: Crafted from rapidly renewable natural silica sand - BPA-free, phthalate-free, and odorless from day one. No off-gassing like plastic mats. A cleaner, more sustainable choice for your home office or corporate workspace.

FAQ

What types of products does OfficeMellow sell?

OfficeMellow specializes in home office and small business workspace products, including office desks, chairs, storage furniture, monitor and laptop stands, office electronics, cable management, task lighting, shredders, laminators, scanners, docking stations, and related accessories.

How can I check whether a product will fit my workspace?

Please review the dimensions, weight capacity, mounting requirements, and available clearance listed on the product page. For desks, chairs, cabinets, and mounted accessories, we recommend measuring your room, doorway, desk surface, and installation area before ordering.

How do I know whether an electronic accessory is compatible with my device?

Check the product page for supported device models, port types, operating systems, voltage, plug type, monitor size, weight limits, or printer compatibility. Contact us before purchasing if you are uncertain about compatibility.

Do office furniture products require assembly?

Many desks, chairs, cabinets, stands, and shelving products require some assembly. Assembly requirements and included hardware vary by product, so please review the individual product description and instructions before purchase and use.

How much does shipping cost?

OfficeMellow charges a flat standard shipping fee of $6.90 per eligible order, unless a different charge or delivery restriction is clearly shown during checkout.

How long does order processing and delivery take?

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery within the United States is typically 5–10 business days after shipment. Oversized furniture, split shipments, carrier delays, or high-demand periods may require additional time.

Why did only part of my order arrive?

Products may be stored in different warehouses or shipped in multiple boxes. As a result, items and furniture components may arrive separately with different tracking numbers. Please review all shipping confirmation emails before reporting an incomplete delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will make a reasonable effort to update or cancel an order that has not entered processing or shipment, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

What is your return policy?

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Items should be unused, unassembled, uninstalled, and returned with their original packaging, hardware, manuals, and accessories. Contact us for authorization before sending a return.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete?

Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery whenever reasonably possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and affected components. Please retain all packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
