OfficeMellow charges a flat standard shipping fee of $6.90 per eligible order, unless a different charge or delivery restriction is clearly shown during checkout.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery within the United States is typically 5–10 business days after shipment. Oversized furniture, split shipments, carrier delays, or high-demand periods may require additional time.

Products may be stored in different warehouses or shipped in multiple boxes. As a result, items and furniture components may arrive separately with different tracking numbers. Please review all shipping confirmation emails before reporting an incomplete delivery.

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
