Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery within the United States is typically 5–10 business days after shipment. Oversized furniture, split shipments, carrier delays, or high-demand periods may require additional time.

Products may be stored in different warehouses or shipped in multiple boxes. As a result, items and furniture components may arrive separately with different tracking numbers. Please review all shipping confirmation emails before reporting an incomplete delivery.

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will make a reasonable effort to update or cancel an order that has not entered processing or shipment, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Items should be unused, unassembled, uninstalled, and returned with their original packaging, hardware, manuals, and accessories. Contact us for authorization before sending a return.
