Products may be stored in different warehouses or shipped in multiple boxes. As a result, items and furniture components may arrive separately with different tracking numbers. Please review all shipping confirmation emails before reporting an incomplete delivery.

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
